Hotel currently going through renovations. There is no reception on ground floor at the moment and no restaurant (other than breakfast in the morning). However, apart from this inconvenience, the hotel was clean and the service very good indeed. Excellent location.

Excellent situation in centre of Milan. This was our third stay in the hotel and intend to stay there any time we visit Milan. Breakfast display is lovely, great selection of food. Close to the Duomo and the shopping area.
Top Tip
Restaurants at top of Rinacenta very good for lunch but can be very busy.

A slightly quirky hotel - some of the staff were very friendly, but one in particular was the Italian equivalent of Basil Fawlty. It wouldn't take much to turn this into a good hotel. Location, though, is excellent.

Ideally situated within 200 metres of the Duomo, just off the main pedestrian area, close to restaurants and shops eg Prada, Gucci etc. Milan is expensive but well worth the experience.
Top Tip
If you want to see the 'Last Supper' at the Santa Maria Delle Grazie you have to book in advance - at least 14 days in advance!
